Telemedicine appointments are easy to set-up!
First, call the office at (540)-967-2202 to schedule your appointment, just like usual.

If you have scheduled a phone appointment, Dr. Southall or Dr. Harkrader will call you!

If you have scheduled a video appointment, click the link below a few minutes before your appointment time to enter Dr. Harkrader’s virtual waiting room: Doxy.me/DrRexHarkrader

1. Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your name. The first time you visit, you may need to enable your camera and microphone. (Feel free to try this out well in advance of your appointment to make sure you can get in. You can check in again later just before your appointment!)

2. The doctor will join you shortly! If for some reason the connection is lost or can’t be made, the doctor will call you for a telephone appointment.
